Interested in locally sourced, sustainably produced food?
You're in the right place!
LOCAL & SUSTAINABLE FOOD - the Farm Fresh Food Hub is a social enterprise cooperative spearheaded by Transition Winnipeg, and is focused on connecting buyers and sellers of local, sustainably produced food.
OPEN TO ALL - you don't have to be a member of the co-op to shop or sell at our markets. Visit us seasonally to get your fresh pick of local meat, produce, and crafts.
FOOD HUB - we hope to develop a fully-fledged Food Hub, focusing on a storage, sales and distribution facility for local food.

EVENTS BY FARM FRESH FOOD HUB
In summer 2016, we launched the weekly South Osborne Farmers' Market. We also run two annual indoor markets, a Holiday Market & Mother's Day Market.
FOOD & COLONIALISM
We want to acknowledge our work is done primarily on Treaty 1 territory, the lands of the Anishinaabe, Ininew (Cree) and Dakota Nations, as well as the homeland of the Métis Nation. We recognize the role agriculture has played in separating people from their historic food systems. We are encouraged by the many community-led initiatives to restore Indigenous food systems & hope to support these efforts in our ongoing work. Want to learn more about the history of food & colonialism in Canada?
